Hey guys! I was wondering, whats your music playlist for gaming. If you're like me and have some for specific games list a few bands or songs off of it!
For me, Minecraft is usually anything, electro to classical; Then for games such as TF2 or CS:GO I have punk rock, like NoFX, Leftover-crack and such, more upbeat high energy stuff.

Parnifia's Desire Drive playlist is the sole thing I will ever listen to whilst playing a video game.

I'd like to think of myself as intelligent, but that, given the sheer variety and vastness of the cosmos that surrounds me, it is readily apparent that this is not the case.
I select a song I enjoy and play it in the background of Minecraft, since the music there isn't always on. The song depends on how I feel, or just what I want to hear.

My avatar-Madison Gotha. She knows various weapons, she's a mage/sage, and is somewhat immortal. Madison has the capability of taming and communicating monsters, a genetic trait passed down by her father. 26 physically, 1400-something mentally, and a Lofty Peakian/Zenithian mix. Doesn't really like being called an elf and hates being called human..
I might be Moderator, but don't bother treating me too special. And don't make tons of Ban Hammer jokes, please. Also, I'm an Off-Topic only Mod. Don't ask me to lock a thread or something if it's not in the off-topic

I don't really like listening to music while gaming, I find it CAN be very distracting from the game's essence or I need to focus on specific sounds. When I do decide to listen to music, usually during a grinding session in my game, I tend to listen to whatever I have in my collection, never got around to gaming playlist yet.
i have really 3 main songs that i like to listen too. monsters by campton
frag out by dj assassin
and this song always running by malukah its just awesome for really any game (i enjoy it the most when am playing cod nazi zombie mode)

just cause science fails to explain something does not mean its real (afterlife, big foot, ghosts etc..) does not mean its fake try to stay opened mined instead of closed
I don't usually listen to music when I play games but when I do, I find myself listening to lots of KoRn (their old stuff). For some reason, it just seems to fit every game I'm playing.

A lot of metal, but what genre usually differs based on what I'm playing. For level grind or some instances, I prefer fast-paced or angrier music (Children of Bodom, Turisas, Amon Amarth, Bifroest...) while Skyrim resulted in melodic power/folk metal (Ensiferum, Blind Guardian, Eluveitie, HammerFall... especially HammerFall). I had Iced Earth's Travel in Stygian on loop while playing in Guild Wars' DoA instance just because of the Stygian Veil area x.x.
Otherwise, it's either the game's own music, like with a lot of NES/SNES games I grew up on and it doesn't seem right to not hear the game's music, or a mix of just about everything for just about every game I can lower the music volume but can keep SFX on.

I'll listen to darn near anything with Minecraft. I've gone from The Ink Spots to Monstercat with that game. As for any other game, it's completely subjective to the setting and style of the game.

Recently I've been listening to Smash Melee's and Shiki's OSTs.
