RAM looks good, might want a bigger hard drive if your gonna be a heavy gamer, and Id step up the processor to atleast a 2.8 GHZ. Graphics crad looks ok.
Your CPU should be a quad core Phenom, in the least, to do some mid-tier gaming. Try to step up your processor to get some better performance out of Minecraft, in the least.
GPU is okay, can probably get 60FPS on medium settings for most last season games (MW2, Crysis 2, etc.). Probably not BF3, Skyrim, or anything.
I'm not really going to be a heavy gamer but will the graphic card and processor be able to handle games such as Left 4 dead 2? I don't really want to buy a really expensive computer since i do most of my gaming on my ps3:3
The graphics card can handle L4D2, but the processor might slow down most things you do. If you're going pre-built, look for a computer with at least a quad core Phenom II. Unless it's an Intel, then you can probably stay with a dual core i5.
I don't really have that kind of budget.
Last question would an Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4300 be better than the Amd athlon duel core 2.20GHZ?
Im sorry if i sound like a newbie
I would say no. Lower clock, also doesn't have an L3 Cache, and also EoL (End of Life) for long-term upgrading (LGA775 socket, when there are two generations (LGA1156/1366 & LGA1155/2011) ahead of it). Are you planning on building this or buying an old pre-built?
If the only thing hes gonna do is game, then yes, 250 should be ok. I fhe wants to do anything else, Id suggest a bigger one. I just got rid of mine because I was pushing t280 and moved all my stuff onto my new computer.

Make sure the processor is 64bit, bump up the 2.20GHZ to around 3.00GHZ or get a Quad Core, if it is, make sure the version of windows it comes with is 64bit... Ram is good, Hard Drive you might want around 500GB but that's if you are gonna use it a lot... You want the AMD Radeon Graphics Card to be in the HD 6000 series I recommend the 6870 or 6950.
Overall if you wanna run games better than that of a console then do not get this. I even recommend higher than what I put if you are not on a budget. Also going with a pre-built is usually over priced and not the way to go... Custom building it with newegg is a good choice.
I play "a lot" of games, and I haven't even filled my own 250GB. (Currently at 150GB.)
Also, core clock doesn't matter, if it's an older CPU. If you think a 3.6GHz Pentium 4 beats a 2.4GHz Phenom X4, then you're sadly mistakened.
I love how you're saying that, even though my own 1tb hard drive is filled with games and I only have about 300gb left.
Clearly, you're no heavy gamer and you shouldn't have argued with srfk even though he had a valid point and you didn't.
@OP I doubt you'll have to use that much ram at any time.
The hard drive should be at least 500gb.
Oh and, make sure you're using a 64bit W7 copy, some people make the mistake of thinking 32bit can use more than 3gb.
And that CPU... Man that hurts.
These days, Dual cores are obsolete.

HDD doesn't affect gaming performance in anyway.
