Do you perhaps live in China where you are blocked from accessing them by a "national firewall" or something? Because it is either that or you have a browser redirect virus on your computer that will only let you use/go to the sites it wants you to. You didn't happen to install a "toolbar" on your browser that promised you all kinds of great improvements recently did you?

Install a new browser, if your using internet explorer then install firefox, if your using firefox then install chrome, if you do have a redirect infection on your old default browser then that will at least let you get to the sites you need to to identify it and find out how to uninstall it.

In case you can't access the site, here's the relevant content:
The Windows Hosts file is located under the following path:
%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\
The %SystemRoot% in the beginning is a variable that is set to the Windows directory. Most Windows users have installed the operating system on c:\windows which would mean that the hosts file can be found under c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
It may be necessary to display hidden system folders if Windows Explorer is used to navigate to the folder. A click on Tools > Folder Options in Windows Explorer and a switch to the View tab opens a configuration menu where hidden folders can be set to be revealed. Locate "hide protected operating system files" and "hidden files and folders" and make sure that the former is unchecked, and that the latter is set to "Show hidden files, folders and drives". The settings can be easily reversed this way when needed.
You may need to restart your computer after deleting the hosts file. If you restart before running MalwareBytes, check to see if the hosts file has returned — you'll need to delete it again once you've gotten rid of the malware that caused this.
At some point in this process, install and run some sort of antivirus. Malwarebytes is a good choice. It's possible that your hosts file has the malwarebytes site in it, so be careful about what you download — you could be making the situation worse, not better.
