I have belnder but i dont know how to put minecraft textures into blender on mac
Add a texture to your material, and change the type to "Image or Movie." Change the image source to a copy of the texture you need from Minecraft (located in ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar). Depending (most likely) on what you need, you'll need to do some UV mapping. You'll need to turn of interpolation as said above.

You need to turn off interpolation. It's under the Image Sampling section of the Textures tab in the properties.
