....so yeah, I`m kinda set about the memory and RAM unless I`m gonna make it better...
Do not get 32GB of memory. Just don't. You will not use it. It can't even be used as bragging rights as anyone with half a brain will know that's it's complete overkill and a waste of money and will as a result, laugh at you. Get 8/16GB and either save the money or spend it on other components. Like an SSD for one.
Basically everything about that needs changed. First, an i7 is completely overkill for gaming, and will show no performance gain over an i5. Second, that motherboard is horribly overpriced. Third, 32GB of RAM is stupidly unnecessary, you'll never use more than 8 for gaming. Fourth, a 780 is overkill for 1920x1080 resolution. A 770 is plenty capable of handling any modern title at 1920x1080.
I have one of these and I get a stable overclock on an i7 3770K at 4.5 GHz at around 60-70 degrees depending on the temperature in my room. I might be able to go higher but it's hard achieving stability at reasonable temperatures.

"gaming" is a very vague term. What games? What resolution? Is there any reason why u want 32gb ram or an i7?
Well I'll be playing games (say.. Skyrim) that WILL require a good setup. I changed it from 32gb to 16 because I don't want ANY problems regarding RAM in the future also it seems useful to have.. And i7 because it runs games faster and I don't like a low fps if you know of a processor I should get, please tell
(I'll be playing minecraft too.)
K95 RGB / Logitech G502 PS / Alienware AW3418DW / ViewSonic XG2703-GS / Sennheiser HD 598
$2000 and you got ONLY a 780?
Also, a goddamn TS140 would kick the crap out of that cooler, let alone a PH-TC14PE.
Both of those are incorrect.
Neither has any real difference other the other besides UI changes. I thought we already discussed that point to hell and back 50 times.

Suggestion for a better motherboard with lot's of room for upgrades?
What should I use instead of a 780 then?
how about you tell us what you are going to do with the computer and let us build it for you? this is getting no where.
ok, but i want to keep it roughly like this. but say whatever you think i should have.
