Recently, Valve announced (along with their new Steam Box) they're planning on making a Linux-based operating system called SteamOS. I wanted to hear what you're thoughts on whether it could be a success or if it will fail. I think if Valve starts making a large portion of old and new releases compatible with Linux, it could work out. But if it continues to be Windows dominated, then there's no chance of SteamOS becoming a viable option.
