...now im confused... What RAM should I use, that would be best with the other parts I already have?
RAM has a speed. The speed that most people buy (unless they have a higher end build) is 1333 MHz RAM. APU's however NEED fast RAM to operate. The faster the RAM, the less of a bottleneck you get. 2133 MHz RAM is desirable (but since you don't have a Richland APU you can't use it). The next best thing is 1866 MHz RAM. When you choose RAM for an APU next time, check the box "1866 MHz". That will make PCPartPicker only show 1866 MHz RAM.
EDIT: Also, buy a 1 TB drive. You are paying $60 for 500 GB, when you could pay $60 for 1 TB. A WD Caviar Blue is $60 right now. And a Seagate Barracuda has a 1 TB drive for $65. Buying 500 or 320 GB right now just isn't worth it pricewise.

You really won't need a GPU on the budget you are on with this build. The on board chip will pretty much max out the games you are playing. (unless you are using emulators, in which case you are going to have a hard time running them. Even really high end builds struggle with emulators.)
i5 4670k @ 4.9GHz - Stock Heatsink - The rest is melted silicon but I think I have a graphics card in there somewhere It surprises me how many people on this forum can't read benchmarks.
I'm going to go with the current build, but if I find its not that good I will buy it a graphics card.
Might as well go 750k/7750 if you want a dedi card. No need to waste money on an A8.

^^My updated build. Added better RAM, and 1TB hard drive.
I agree. I would also get a little bit more RAM, maybe upgrade to 6GB or maybe even 8GB.
Otherwise, besides only 500GB of memory, I like the build.
EDIT- is this good with this RAM?

NOOOO, no no no no no no n o no no, that is NOT good ram. We said 1866, not 1333.
Here is your build with BETTER ram.

^^My updated build. Added better RAM, better hard drive (1TB) and a video card (do I need that)?
I'v tweaked your build just a bit so it has an APU that supports 2133 and a better mother board.

EDIT* This build is over budget, but if you can scrape up the extra cash, it is worth getting.
You won't need that ancient card. It is useless.
Okay. I'll remove it. Without the vid card, is the build alright for what I am doing?
