My budget is $100 on a monitor and I found this one. Will it run 1080p?

That one isn't 1080p

The monitors that i have are http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236102 They are $179. they have a 2ms response time and 24" (best screen resolution that you can achieve on monitors.

The original monitor you posted is actually not 1080p, it's 1600x900. Not 1080p.
