I need your help, is this a good setup for a computer to play minecraft and battlefield 3? If not, please suggest something better, my price range is around $600.
That processor is two generations out of date.
You don't need an aftermarket cooler if you're not overclocking.
I'm not so sure about that power supply's reliability.

Proud member of the MCF AWA war of '13! if someone suggests Alienware or Cyberpower, wait for a custom-built list from someone who knows their stuff. Meh Rig

Thanks!
Please only make 1 thread, if you have a strict $600 budget change the 7870 to a 7850, will max most games easily.
Anyways would i be able to manage with a 7870 1gb card instead of 2gb? I've seen demos with this card on youtube and it seems to play pretty well.
its 2gb...

Sorry about the thread thing....

Unless you're running a game across more than 1 monitor you won't need more than 1GB.
ill only be using one monitor yep
Wait a second. There aren't even any 1GB 7870s.
its 2gb...

If you can't get the 7870, just replace it with a 7850. Both are epic cards for the price, and 1 thread just makes it easier for all of us.
