Will you be overclocking? If not, get rid of the 3570k, and change it to a 3570.
Everything else looks good, but change the GPU from the 660 to the 7870.
For 2 of the main games I want to play (metro 2033 and saints row the third) both run poorly on AMD and I know other games have that problem as well. And about the 3570k at that price shouldn't I just go ahead and get it cause it's cheaper than the regular 3570?

my AMD laptop's A8 and desktop's Radeon 6850 have 0 trouble with saints row, with the desktop doing it fine on high with 50+ FPS, laptop does medium perfectly fine at 50+ and high at 30+, so AMD does fine with those two
may as well get 3570k, will let you OC farther down the line should you choose to do so

I'd recommend this over yours, if you have the budget- the improved cooling solution will make a difference, through noise and lowered temperatures.
You won't need a CPU cooler unless overclocking (there's a stock one with the CPU), and your case should come with enough fans.
