Hey Minecrafters, I'm wondering if you guys could provide me with a computer (Pre-built or a Build) so I can game on minecraft, here is a list of things I would like it able to do:
Play Minecraft on far and fancy, or maybe far +122 with optifine.
Play with a 64x/32x texture pack on far/normal +122 and fancy
Be able to use sonic ethers shaders mod with normal and/or fast graphics
I meant Far render distance plus 122, optifine reference, option for optifine. And my budgets 400-900$
Oh wow. I can't believe I forgot the 400$-900$ budget part. Are you going to play anything other than minecraft? If not, then getting a good custom build is a piece of cake in that budget.
Why did you make another thread? Aside from the shader mod and maybe the increased render distance, the build I posted in your previous thread should run everything you asked for. That mod in particular is horribly unoptimized so you never really know how well it's going to run, just that it most likely won't run well. If I had to guess though, I would say a GTX 660 Ti or GTX 670 should run it at least 60 fps. I say that because I have a 6950 which is very close to a 560 Ti in performance and it gets around 40-50 fps with shaders so you should get at least a 660 Ti to run it smoothly. The 670 costs around $400-420 and the 660 Ti hasn't been released yet so the price is unknown.
What I am trying to say is that right now it is not worth it to get more powerful hardware just to run the shader mod because it requires much more powerful hardware than it should. My 6950 can easily play BF3 on High at 60 fps, but can't get 60 fps on Minecraft with a simple shader mod. It's best to only upgrade to better hardware if you will be using it for games that are more demanding than Minecraft.

Nobody's perfect, so neither is Hannah Montana Linux, but it's pretty great.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.
This is what i plan on building in my build soon. Still debating between a cheaper case and a better video card or just a cheaper case etc.
Actually debating alot of things now that i think of it lol.
Well this build is if you dont need windows, moniter, keyboard. mouse etc.
you shouldnt rely on optifine to get good rendering you should have at least 8 gb of ram 6 gb dedicated and radeon graphics card...thats all you really need

Just get out, you have no idea what you are talking about.

That's terrible advice. It doesn't matter if you have a Radeon or Geforce graphics card, both brands have very capable cards. 8GB of RAM is absolutely unnecessary just for Minecraft. The game only allocates either 512MB or 1GB so that extra RAM is useless in this context. I use to have 8GB of RAM in my system, but one of the sticks failed so I took out two of the sticks to leave me with 4GB. Guess what? Minecraft performs no differently with 4GB or 8GB in my system, because it doesn't even utilize 4GB.
If you are going to provide advice, make sure you know what you are talking about.

Here's an edited version of your build. I changed your PSU to one with a slightly lower wattage because you don't need 700w. I also took away the CPU cooler because, unless you're overclocking, you don't need one. In return, I bumped up your GPU to a 6870.
2) Why 122fps?
the second is a setting that Optifine adds that greatly increases render distance, but first is more important for now

Oh, sorry, I meant a increased render distance, sorry for the confusion
