Hey guys! So I recently came across a REALLY old photo (jpg) on my computer. I happened to have scribbled out something and I need some help removing the scribble v.i.a Photoshop CC 2017. I am paying 20.00 USD (Paypal) for this to be done, because I need it for a school project. Please add me on skype if you are interested.

No, I just need to know how to do it. I do not want you seeing whats under it.
Well that isn't the question you asked. I don't think this is for a "school project" haha.

Pretty sure what you're asking is impossible. If you scribbled over it, it's a part of the picture now. You can't just simply remove it.
