Passing on the information to get a cheap server built on a budget. I'm stepping up from a Q6600 @ 3.0ghz w/8gb DDR3 cas 7 to Dual E5540's @ 3.1ghz w/48gb DDR3 cas7.
It's a work in progress at this point but you can watch at:
Take it easy...
My $300 Budget has been reached and now I own my own 8 Core, 16 Thread Server... You could do this too and I can tell you those Multiple Cores go a long way when hosting your own server.

What information? this is just click bait.
Bait for what? I don't care if you watch it or not. I am just passing on how I got my hands on a real server for cheap and if that helps a few people, GREAT!
That's because you finally put up more information which you didn't initially. so it was corrected, great. Would be even better if you had some links with those components. So people could see it for them selves.
Know you? I don't have to know you for this nor want to. Not sure what you are talking about. It's not relevant.
ps : love the Windows on a server
The info was on the video description the entire time and I clearly posted "It's a work in progress at this point". You can roll your eye's all you want, that's Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit trimmed to perfection (508mb ram on startup).
In the right hands any OS makes the perfect server....
*Note: I'm NOT selling anything*

Windows Vista makes a great server OS.

If you want to really host a professional server you got to make a Hackintosh with OSX Lion! /s
