The original Half-Life did not have episodes. You mean either Blue Shift, Opposing force, or you are referring to Half Life 2 Episode 1- though that was released in 2006.
You don't want me to get started on PopCap, either...
I gotta stay patient, I notice price drops on great parts all the time.
Eventually, $500 will buy the best budget PC known to man.
Patience will get you a better PC for the same price, but only because new stuff is released frequently.
I built a PC in 2008 which used slightly older components to save money. If I waited a few years, I would have been able to spend the same amount of money on a better PC, but I also would not have had the PC I built use in the meantime- and if I built it later and used the original Sandy Bridge chips, that still would have been replaced a few years later. You sacrifice not having a system for having a slightly better system for the same price that is equally out-of-date when you purchase it.
Half-Life 2 Episode 1. Dunno why I forgot the 2. As for Popcap, I have every single game they made. Diablo 2 and Morrowind are also great plays on this old Dell. Simon the Sorcerer, Beneath A Steel Sky, The Longest Journey, Tzar The Burden of the Crown, Kyrandia are some great old school plays.
