Its Skyte here, Could anyone help with getting parts for a PC that can run Minecraft smoothly at 200FPS and possibly higher. I'd like to be able to record with this PC aswell.
I have a PC currently but its getting to the point where my parts are slowly getting outdated.
I'd prefer something I can build around 600GBP and maximum 800GBP
Ik its alot to ask for but if some of you guys have the PC parts for your build and you can run Minecraft as I prefer then that would be great if you can link me

Why 200FPS? Is you're monitor 120Hz+? All you need is a steady 60. And even with recording, you need a steady 60. Which means you need more than 60 before recording, but nowhere near 200+.
What's you're current PC? Was it built or was it a Pre built.
Yeah ik what overclocking is, its when you get the full power of your cpu. ik what it is i might not of described it correctly tho. I just would like 200FPS for the higher FPS in recording. and its a custom pc but its kinda like 2 years old, relatives built it for me. Lets say i want 120FPS is that good enough?

Oh, with that budget you'll get 200 FPS at reasonable settings, I was just letting you know.
What are the specs of the old build? It may be old but it doesn't mean some parts can't be re used.

As Blootz said, you should figure out your specs and post them here. 2 years isn't long, and you may be able to save a good amount of money if you can just upgrade your current system as opposed to building a new one.

Yes, mouse and keyboard will not be needed. I should be overclocking

Not trying to be rude, but do you know what overclocking is? I just have to ask everyone.

Im not sure what the specs are, sorry mate. its kinda hard to look inside the PC. its hard to explain, and thats good to hear
You can download speccy which will give you a list of all the parts you have in your system. Just take a screenshot and post it to this thread.
Was just about to post this. Thanks.
Karlzhao pretty much explained it lol.

Feel free to suggest what I can change.

EDIT: Also the reason for inactivity
Yes, i noticed that recording on a seperate drive is recommended.
Im going to also buy another SSD to record gameplay on for my new build which was recommended by a friend
Only thing I have to say I'd switch that PSU to an EVGA G2/GS. Other than that, looks good.
