So, any advice on if it'll work or not? My target for bandicam recording is about 30+.
I would get a custom build and use a better recording program.
I want a laptop because I don't have fios or cable unlimited usage wifi so uploading videos is a nogo. I use bandicam because when I tried fraps it wouldn't let me record for more than a minute for some reason. But (in the quote above) there are a lot of ones I didn't know about, I'll have to try them.
Holy cow, there are that many recording programs?!

Get a Lenovo Y50, and get Nvidia ShadowPlay, and enjoy getting over 60 Fps. ShadowPlay is probably my favorite recorder

Just to add my 2c, ShadowPlay is also my favourite after trying most other offerings. The ShadowRecording feature is very handy, and works much better than the Fraps implementation of a similar feature.

Would it run minecraft with bandicam recording at 30+ FPS? And would a y50 work?

Oh, can't read webdings? Here.
A y50 would probably work, but Bandicam has horrible quality, so I don't actually no.

There was a computer dating back to Adam and Eve. An apple, and a very bad one at that, it only took 1 byte to crash everything.

The Opposite of Opposite day is Normal day. so in turn, there will never be an opposite day. "
