So after being tired of the barely meh performance of this laptop that I've been using for the past year or so, I've decided to start saving up for my first desktop PC build. I figured I might as well ask you guys about it; perhaps you know where you could save me a couple bucks somewhere without sacrificing performance. I want to have Windows 8.1 as the OS since that's what I've already gotten used to, but other than that I'm willing to change anything out if there's a good reason why I should.
(It seems the case is out of stock at the moment, but I don't need it (or anything on the list, for that matter) anytime soon, so don't factor that into anything).

I usually have a neutral/undecided standpoint on things. And yes, I am part Swiss.
