Yes, I'm quite aware, but I don't plan on using the internet on it, also I doubt anyone would be playing online games that old.
But If I want to play modern games I pretty much need XP/Vista/7.
My terrible computer that gets 5-20ish FPS with extra allocated memory and OptiFine

*chuckles* I think I win. I edited it though with my laptop, low end, I can't find my high-end :c I did just get a Nexus Tablet 7 though! ^u^
1GB RAM (Type unknown)
1.2GHz Quad-Core Tegra-1

Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition overclocked to 3.4ghz and undervolted to 1.25 volts
Asus M5A88-M Motherboard
4 Gigs of Corsair memory at 1600mhz
Gigabyte GTX 560TI 1gb
Agility 3 120gb SSD
The 4 cores are nice, but don't help much with Minecraft. The best upgrades were the GPU and SSD.

Nope, Mojave's i7 2600K and ASUS Mars II still reigns champion, despite being banned.

None the less, mine easily jumps right up there next to his. Also, you quoted the wrong post, I was stating I got a Nexus. Shoulda done that elsewhere but too late now.
As well as, I don't exactly mind the fact that I don't have the best, I can upgrade this if I need to, I'm from a relatively wealthy family.

im not sure about your pc. Its quite lets say "old".
My pc isnt that new either.
CPU : AMD phenom ii x4 965
RAM: 8gb ddr3 vengeance - corsair (3.25gb usuable due to 32bit OS) Definately upgrading.
GPU: AMD radeon hd 6670 (decent - bad) (good for low end gaming such as minecraft, world of warcraft and guild wars 2)
HDD 250gb (500gb external)
build is good for minecraft and some new games. upgarding though.
Oh and i run minecraft at render distance far and I am locked at 60FPS it honestly doesnt drop 1 frame. Since I have a 32 bit OS at 64 my fps may lock at 80 or so. Build was like £300 had most of parts. Built myself. If im 14 i guess your older? Anyone can builld a PC its so easy.
yeah just add windows 7 and maybe a 7850 and that machine will have some bite yet, maybe a 212 Evo and overclock it, mine finally got to 4GHz after some tweaks, runs at maybe 55C max after 2 hours of Prime95, still a solid system
Although sadly 98 can only have 127GB HDD and 1.5GB RAM at max.
I hope you realize that an OS that old has a lot of security holes.
Thinking about coming a mod to simply not moderate.

Great now im going to have to look through all of these posts to find that one.
108 pages? Good luck. Here, take this with you

Oh, sorry, let me just overclock it and add in some liquid cooling, because I do have the money to do it.
