I suggest learning how to build your own machine. Sure it's easy to buy a preassembled package, but depending on which manufacturer you buy it from you'll be forced to bring it back to the company that made it for repairs of any kind, and you may be forced to buy parts from that same company, often at higher prices (from my experience).
There should be a lot of tutorials out there that can help you with this. Or you can buy a preassembled machine and hope its parts are interchangable with the many computer products out there (such as when you want to get a better video card, but find out that it uses a special slot and you'd have to buy said video card from the company that built the computer you bought).
I'd suggest going to cyberpower or making a custom one yourself but if it's just minecraft your going to be playing then you wouldn't need that strong of a pc so in that case anything at your local pc store over 800 should get you 30-60 fps (30-55 would be expected)
Seeing you are only playing minecraft you won't need the most expensive computer, but will want to go for something between the $800-$1200 range if you are buying pre-built. Anything below that will be crap when running Minecraft and a recording program such as flaps.
You'll want at the least an i5 processor. An i3 is really quite a bad processor and an i7 costs much more then it is worth.
For a GPU a GTX 650 is really good will get you approximately 150+ fps without recording (not to sure about how much you get while recording) and is relatively cheap (around $120 for a 1GB version)
You'll want at least 8GB or Ram to minimise fps drops as much as possible due to recording.
If you don't have a monitor already, you'll want one with a 1080p full HD display (1920x1080)
Hope this helps
Isn't it better to get an i5 instead of an i7, and downgrade the GPU, since it is going to be used for Minecraft? I didn't read the other post, so I have no idea what OP may have said there. (Futureproofing is a good thing tho.)

OP's doing video editing.
OP, if you aren't going to be doing that much video editing you can get something like this which will perform the same for gaming.
And of course we get into the exact same cookie cutter mentality that plagues this section.
HT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY SPEED UP ANY VIDEO EDITING PROGRAM. Even so, the boost is less than 30% at best. It's definitely not worth $100+ over a 4430.

It is the cheapest computer with a GPU that strength besides the other one I linked, which wouldn't do well in video editing programs that can't utilize all the cores.
There are no computers with the 4430 that have a 770 or R9 280x.
i've nothing to suggest either

Y'know? I bought Minecraft because I thought it was a war game where you had to create tactically placed proximity explosive devices...
if not then tell us your budget then we can get started

Ah, yes that i5 CPU. Brilliant, I'll get one of those Asus motherboards too!
