Well, assuming you have a decent quality PSU, case and motherboard:
If you want the best card that's worth it (assuming you're gaming at 1080p and with a 60hz monitor): http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100363bf4l
If you want all you really need: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42763kr
These might not fit in your case depending on what you have.
Make another thread here for the issues with the shutting off. Having two subjects in one thread gets confusing.

Ok, thank you!Anyone else that can suggest a computer that is already built?
I forgot? It's been at least 2 years. Haven't opened it up only to clean the dust out.
Sorry, to ask you more. But do you have any ideas on already built ones?
The only 3.5GHZ 6 core FX processor which AMD makes is the FX 6300, which didn't exist two years ago.
Are you Canadian or American? In the OP you linked one Canadian site and one American one.
I am Canadian.
Yes I have the 6300

Alright, I will upgrade almost all my parts. Thank you guys for the info on everything! I will also create a new thread on my halting problem.
You don't need almost all new parts. A new case, motherboard, PSU, and graphics card at most.
