Hey,
So I kinda need a new computer cuz my old one is hella outdated and I got together this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/5Itj
I know some of you might say "Way too big" but I rally need a fat rig, because it's gonna be an all-use PC (including server and stuff)
Whattya think?
I'd get a cheaper mouse and keyboard, but that's just me.

MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit | AMD Athlon II X4 635 | 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 | BIOSTAR Group A880GU3 | ASUS VH238 | 1024MB GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Gigabyte) | 313GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAJB-00J3A0 | TSSTcorp CDW/DVD TS-H492A | Realtek High Definition Audio
What exactly do you mean it is going to be an all-use pc? Their aren't really reasons to get a full tower case unless you need an E-ATX mobo, have a ton of HDDs/SSDs, or are going for an enthusiast rig for looks. The 1250w is incredibly unnecessary, the max you should get is 800w and even that is pretty high. Get an Ivy Bridge cpu, the Sandy Bridge E cpus and mobos are overpriced for their performance. If you can't wait for Ivy Bridge, just get an i7 2600k.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.
way overkill and extremely unnecessary, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/5IuU would be a much better build and would perform just as well, a server can only be done if your internet is fast enough, go to Speedtest.net and do a test, if your net is too slow there isn't a point for a server

Desktop (not yet built): i7 2600k/3770k, Gtx 680 DCII/Twin Frozr III, 16gb ram, 2TB Seagate hard drive, 500R/650D. psu that I haven't decided on yet

All-use means data-server, gaming server (e. g. Minecraft), HD Video Editing, 3D Modeling and Rendering, programming, photo editing and document writing. And I do have an E-ATX so I'll need that.
What is your download and upload speeds and how many people will you be hosting on the Minecraft server?
Like I said before, an i7 2600k will work just fine and save you a ton of money. Drop the 2011 mobo and get an ASRock Extreme3 Gen3. Change the power supply to something like a Corsair Professional/Enthusiast series 700w and you will have saved a ton of money. Almost forgot the case, just get a mid-tower. What could you possibly be putting in your case that requires that much space?

Well if you are hosting a server your upload speeds have to be good. BTW on topic get a i7 2600k, Corsair PSU with 80+ standards. INB4 you do not need that i7 3820.

He doesn't need an i7 2600k if he's not going to do heavy 3d modeling.

He's got a pretty high budget, I'd at least put in a 750-850W PSU for future upgrades and head-room.
I'd stick with a full tower case, mainly because of better cable management options and airflow.
And stick a 128GB SSD in there too for OS boot-up.

Here is my version:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/5J4c large room for upgrades, and with 375$ he could get a reasonable water cooling system. Also he is reusing a SSD with the OS on it. Though he doesn't seem to realize the OS is motherboard tied.

Project RedShift
An i5 2500k is fine and for 1700$ that Gpu sucks with 1700$ you can get hd radeon 7970 or maybe even a Kepler card
Edit: 200th post!

Yah I was already thinking of leaving it out.

Already have a boot SSD with Win 7 Enterprise from my old rig.
I don't need a that good GPU.
BTW, respect, you know a lot for a 12 year old XD
