Why don't you just create a poll. I would have to go with Google Chrome though. Internet Explorer is just plain terrible and I'm sure most know that. Safari is the Apple version of Internet Explorer which is less buggy and more fleshed out, although still lacks speed and uses up a lot of memory. Firefox was the buggiest browser of 2011 despite being fast and not using too much memory. Opera is has a fairly complicated user interface compared to the other stated web browsers as they are mostly similar and Opera changes that similarity between browsers and Chrome does use a large amount of memory but despite this, it's easy clean layout, fast browsing speed, less buggy and also reliable browser is certainly the best out there period.
I use to use FF all the way, but I kept getting "Firefox is not responding" crap, which pissed me off. So I switched to Chrome which is working flawlessly.
If you are suggesting ABP doesn't work for Chrome you are horribly mistaken.
Oh really now?
Then why was it, that whenever i tried to watch a video on the Penny Arcade sight, it would have an Ad before it.
As well as on the Escapist.
Both of which now have ZERO ADS WHATSO EVER no that i'm using Mozilla, with the Ad blocker.

Don't message me on either of these, unless you have a really good reason.
Firefox with noscript+ABP is arguably the most secure and customizable.
Chrome is arguably one of the fastest with some customizability but it is also sandboxed.
IE (the latest one) is arguably the fastest browser but also not terribly great as a whole.
Safari is the most insecure browser on the planet right now, it can be exploited and give remote control in under 10 minutes and has multiple exploits that are almost 6 years old that still are not fixed.
Opera is for hipsters and the struggling fanboys that still use it, but it is slow and renders pages incorrectly a lot.
Use whatever, as long as you have internet street smarts you'll never get a virus or anything.

This:
I have to use all three of the major ones for my school and I have to say it really just depends on what you plan on doing.

Also since its ad-block ACTUALLY blocks ads.
