If you had the PC configured right, and tweaked the OS's a bit, could ANdriod and iOS run on a dekstop? It's something that's been bugging me.
Only way is to create an emulator which would be too laggy.
You cant entirely change it because the OS was made with touchscreen in mind and you need to almost recode it all
to fit with mouse and keyboard.
So basically it isnt possible (all that stands for android too)
You can run Android and Windows phone in an emulated or VM state, as a primary, I am not sure if it's possible. I have seen iOS emulators as well, but they weren't exactly legit.

Intel has been working on recompiling it to run on x86 processors.
