I can't see any evidence of overclocking on either of them. I'd go for the Sapphire because I know the company better, but there's no real reason to choose one over the other apart from price.

The radeon 6850 may be better (about 10%) but unlike the radeon the nvidia graphics cards seem to not only get updates way more frequently but they are also graphics changing as well ex: I just updated my graphics card ( GTX 550 ti) and in the update it said will run skyrim up to 45% faster. But if you are on low budget then an mad is the choice

I was planning on either getting a HIS (Link) or a Sapphire (Link) if I get the 6850(Which I probably will).
Those are both good companies, I would get either.

Buy a GTX 460 instead, they are about the same price, and faster than both, especially with overclocking.
