You picked a laptop for gaming?
Even a cooler won't help you much, it will still get extremely hot and be prone to overheating. Laptop heatsinks are just not built to disperse that kind of heat.
Maybe if you put it in the fridge you can overclock it.. Most 'gaming notebooks' are a joke, really. If you look at the inside of a notebook, you'll see that the CPU has a smaller fan+heatsink than a reasonably priced graphics card for a desktop PC. The GPU heatsink is often even smaller.

If he's in america, I wouldn't. Most fridges sold here have horrible moisture build up on the inside.
There isn't really any "gaming laptops" as it were it's just a lable they throw on so they can add some more onto the price.
I know. Laptops aren't supposed to play anything more than light games.
But the title "gaming laptop" is usually an excuse for less battery life and higher heat.

Then it would melt its way trough the ice. Free water cooling!
@MCF: Please go get decent server hardware. That's a quadruple overflow error.
And you should use a cooler. Should use one on every "gaming laptop" to prolong it's life.

Wow. Even I only got to ~35 posts per day.
Then again, I didn't start my posting near the holiday breaks.
It's Curse. Their servers are never very stable, save for the ones that distribute wow addons.
It's very annoying.
