Get two harddrives if your going to record it dosent need to be big just hold the video files while there being recorded because if you run the game on the same hard drive as the recording it can slow it down.
I would also look at getting a Intel I5 it will outperform that AMD 6 core.

I don't really understand why you would suggest a first-gen i5. The Sandy Bridges vastly outperform them in almost every way, for the same or less price.
This, then, could fit your budget quite nicely. All these parts are at their cheapest on Newegg, so I assume they'd be the same cost on Newegg.ca.
Oh, you won't be able to overclock with this though, although it is a much better value than any Phenom x6. If you want an AMD build that can both be overclocked and upgraded to Bulldozer when it comes out in less then a month, I can change it.
Yeah, I don't know what the bulldozer is but I'd like an amd build that could be overclocked. I'm currently looking at my mobo. A lot of people seem to recommend the ASUS M4A79T Deluxe with the AMD Phenom II X4 955 but I can't find that on newegg.ca. I'm not planning on upgrading this thing anytime soon. This is a one shot deal, I'll be blowing my entire wad of cash on this. I'll have no cash to upgrade anytime soon.

AMD bulldozer is a update to the AMD processor line. Some Leaked non official from sketchy sources have shown the 8 cores performance around Intel i7 levels. but allot cheaper and they come out within the next few months.

Then I recommend waiting about a month until the Bulldozers come out and building a computer around a Bulldozer CPU.
I believe I heard October 12th, although I can't remember where. If you go on Tom's Hardware every now and then, you will definitely know when Bulldozers are released, it will be all over the headlines. Also, I'm sure there will be tons of threads here on the Bulldozers, and if there aren't I'll start one :smile.gif:

Yeah, If I could upgrade...I guess I would.

Alright, will do!
Cool, glad I could help. Just bump this thread or start a new one when the Bulldozers are out, and I can configure a computer for you :biggrin.gif:
Alright will do! Whats the date they come out?
Mid October, I dont remember the exact date though.
