lol, that PSU is horrible, 30A on each 12v rail means that "IF" you have 2 things plugged that require 40A total, it cant borrow power from the other rails to make up for the missing 10A
plus to put this as gentle as i can, apevias psu's have a tendency to go the way of the creeper behind you...
id recommend something by Antec, Corsair, SeasonicUSA... the higher end thermaltakes are also ok but, meh
also go with atleast 80+ silver or better at those wattage levels... and dont get one with so many dang rails...
atleast i think i have that right, if it is a true dual rail system from the start, but still id return it and get a 700+ watt from those companies listed.

hmm, you think so?
nice job ripping me off :sleep.gif: (idk quite honestly)
but i doubt that, there are no signs of a weak power supply, it's working great for me so far...
but if it's what's causing reduced performance, that's strange, as i found power supplies either work or fail, not really slowly become worse and lag up comp
i would try re-installing your drivers, and by that i mean, uninstalling, reboot, get driver sweeper, clean all of your specific driver entries (only the driver that you are trying to reinstall!) reboot, then reinstall.
if you dont use the driver sweeper method then reinstalling does absolutely nothing...
i had this problem with mine (sort of), i tried installing Soldier Front, then i noticed all my games would randomly crash... i reinstalled multiple times with multiple driver versions and nothing seemed to help at all... but when i did the driver sweeper method it did the trick.
meh, its worth a shot, no?
and about the psu, i would still replace it, its the most important part of your system. and when it does go (wich i would trust it past a year) since it probably doesnt have a safety system it most likely will take most of your components with it...
if you can still return it, do it asap, however if you cant i think its fine if you wait until you get the money (assuming thats fairly soon)

okay I'll check out the sweeper thing, but I still doubt the power supply is the problem :[

hmm I've been looking around, and learned that this driversweeper program is a virus in most cases, if you could give me a direct link to the right one it would help

hmm, it seems like the right framerate, even higher, but i doubt the people on the technological forums of minecraft are noobs telling me that i should be getting 300000+ fps
that makes me think the person who did the benchmark has the same problem as me
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/54176 ... 4B34488C3/ my benchmark for "concrete jungle" is right here, and it gets higher fps than the benchmark, making me think the benchmark was made with some poor hardware, bottlenecking it

Don't exactly trust benchmarks on different sites and compare it to your computer. You are right, they could bottleneck. Some benchmarks could have some super powered computer taking the benchmark, while you have a more basic setup.

so what do you suggest?
Follow the advice given on this forum. You continue to go on and on about how the fps isn't what it's supposed to be, FIX IT. Again, driver sweep, support ticket, etc. We won't fix the problem for you.
Sorry, I didn't watch the whole thing. What FPS are you getting?
anywhere from 15 to 30, he has constant 30 and if you ever played crysis you would know that the shotgun he shoots lags up a lot so there is something wrong here

Don't think it can get any more reputable than that. First google result also.

Thinking about coming a mod to simply not moderate.

guru3d deleted it, cannot find any more reliable links
plz halp D:
I did the driver sweeper, it didn't work, looks like I'll just have to get a card replacement,
I'm still open to suggestions, anyone?
Contact the company. Send, in this case, msi a support ticket and they can help.

well this just about proves it

He CAPPED it there, not how it only varies slightly and how it doesn't increase when he pauses?
