I am currently working on a card game that i plan on publishing, and being a bad artist, i've decided to go with 3d modeling for the art instead. Im plan on using Bryce 7 and Autodesk Maya PLE for the art, but am i allowed to use the art that i make in those programs in a card game that i plan on selling?

While I do not know what Bryce 7 is, you've stated that you're using modeling programs. As long as YOU make the art, the people who make the software can't do anything.
However, if you use things already included with the software, (I.E. samples or work you've downloaded) then they can take legal action.
If you bought Bryce 7, then its yours. You can do whatever you want with it.
However, it is, as far as I know, illegal to distribute anything made in the Maya PLE.

I think i get it, you can't distribute stuff from the PLE versions, but you can with the full versions?
