For some reason this doesn't display properly... the middle cell appears to be 2px taller than it should be (may be a result of the following) and the outer cells seem to have some sort of border which they shouldn't have...
Your CSS forces the table to be 23px tall, but if you make even a single cell 25px tall (which you did with two of them), then that entire row will be 25px tall.
You guys broke the forum with your CSS...

Using !important a lot is very messy but it worked and didn't get in the way.
