I just don't have the time to build a pc for my cousin. Ik it's overpriced but is it good enough, i don't mind paying for it.
You should, you're paying for something that's insanely overpriced and you're fine with it, you shouldn't be. There are plenty other PC's out there that are better for the price.
How well would this pc run?

For the following games...
Minecraft on high settings
Overwatch on low to high
rocket league on medium to high
csgo on high settings
It's insanely overpriced for what it is. 99% of Sub-$1000 prebuilts are usually garbage for the money.

Cheaper and marginally better.
Little bit more expensive with a much better CPU and GPU

That prebuilt has a horrible PSU and a very outdated CPU. The PCs that Spark posted are quite a bit better.

how about this Pc? is it great value for a prebuilt?
That's actually pretty dang good for the money. To build a similar PC it would cost about $675, so for a prebuilt I'd say it's a good value.
