I'm a little interested about it and would like to learn more and try it sometime but I would need a unlocked cpu and a after market cpu fan right? and a compatible motherboard? Is it worth it for me to look into it and upgrade my parts so when that time comes I will have compatible hardware? What's some pro's and cons of it?
CPU: G3258 @ 4.2Ghz 1.25v stock cooler! Oh and it's ~28C right now - Motherboard: ASUS Z97-K - RAM: 12GB - HDD: 256 GB 840 EVO ~560 MB/s R/W and two HDDS in RAID0 - GPU: GTX 750 unfortunately ONLY1427 Mhz PSU: A random 500W one with sleeved cables! - Case: CM Silencio 452. Yes its very quiet NOT ANYMORE
Mouse: Logitech M90 - Keyboard: Logitech K270. Came bundled with a M185 OS: Win10 Pro - Monitor: 3x ASUS 24" 1080p for a total resolution of 5760x1080!
Yes, although some "locked" CPUs can have the FSB/bulk and/or multiplier adjusted slightly. An aftermarket cooler is pretty much mandatory to get anything noticable. The motherboard needs to be able to cope with increased power pulled by the overclocked processor, and to have a specific chipset on the Intel side.
Being able to overclock is a decent way of making the system last a while longer, depending on your hardware.
That's purely opinion.
Pros:
Performance improvement
Cons:
More heat produced
More power consumed
Components decay faster
Specific hardware requirements
Stress testing and time in general required for a stable overclock
Do you think I should change my parts so I would have the option? Also thanks.

If you feel you WILL be using it then it's an option. Budget can be an issue as unlocked CPU go for a higher price, but you'd also have to factor in getting a cooler (which is extremely recommended) that being water cooled or just a extra fan from like Coolmaster. Space within the tower is also a small factor when it comes to having a cooler but it's not a huge deal most of the time.
Like Jppk1 mentioned too, you'd have to know if you motherboard can handle the added stress but i'll also add having a larger power supply unit which overclocking will be needing. (Around 650w+ is recommended I believe.)

Cons:
It's not worth buying extra stuff for it.

Why is budget an issue? I wonder why...
Because the unlocked components will cost money and are more expensive than the locked components.
