I have a server with Kits, and CrackShot. I just have two hopefully small questions.
One of the kits contains heads which we use as decoys. Is there a way I can make these heads break when they are shot?
Also, does anyone have any ideas on how I can reduce server lag? We play in a very small area of the world, so maybe I could reduce the size or something?

One thing you could do for lag caused by world generation, is use a mod like Optifine which includes client-based chunk preloading (the client will preload X by X area of chunks before the client actually needs them for anything, to save on time and lag at the time, on a server this SHOULD request the chunks, which will then generate said chunks, negating the need for world generation). Just an idea.
