But considering the variants of skeletons and zombies that there are so far, perhaps this could be a swamp biome variant of the skeleton? It could rise from the bogwater, covered in moss and able to poison the player.

Ok so i just posted this on java but i realized i play on bedrock so im copying it here ok?
New Mob: Undead Assassin(or whatever else it can be named)
Stats: 30 hp
Attack: 4hp (without armor)
First Attack: 5hp + possible fall damage(first attack is like an iron golem attack but less op)
Hostile always
Spawn rate: less than an enderman, spawn more frequently in swamps
Can be found rarely in raids, always attacks villagers in sight
Only spawns after player has found diamonds / other item???
Holds two "sabers" that cannot be crafted - can be dropped by it
The Saber looks like a katana and is like a sword with higher attack speed and lower damage
The Undead assassin looks like he is holding two when idle
He swings them up for first attack
For normal attacks he just swings at the player
