After receiving a refund for a new Realm, when I wanted an extension of a trial Realm, and after, previously, if I clicked on the editing pencil, and went to the Subscription button, after all that work, I was then able to see which Realm was which. Now... unbelievable! I see two, undistinguishable Realms, no matter what I do. Who is responsible for testing and verifying this type of thing. I am losing days of time, with repeated messes and confusion, in this matter! I strongly suggest after a few days of an expired Realm, make it invisible while in Minecraft to avoid confusion in the owner and other persons in the Realm. This is not acceptable. Ineffective time bouncing between Microsoft, Xbox, Mojang, etc. is quite tedious. Please specify exactly which corporate entitiy to contact, for time resolution. By timely I mean less than 20 mintues, and not days and weeks!
