And your point is? Just because it's 3 months old doesn't make it any less valuable as a topic.
Creepers are by far the deadliest enemy. I know everyone is saying Endermen are, but Endermen are completely neutral unless you attack them first or stare at them. The fact that you can go your entire game without ever having to fight one makes them lose the top spot for me.
Creepers on the other hand are completely silent and will blow up when they are withing a certain radius of you regardless of whether or not you know they're there.
Skeleton, hands down. I've been playing Minecraft since the late alpha stages and skeletons have always been the most annoying mob. They can be considered the deadliest because you can often have a hard time locating them (Whilst they shoot at you) in huge ravines or caves.
Creepers truly are nothing. They are overhyped, simply because they are a defining part of Minecraft but they're not difficult in any way. (This comes from a guy who plays on hardcore/hard if on a survival world)
I'd have to say creepers. They're just too sneaky. Ghasts would get more votes if they were in the Overworld. I'm just happy creepers don't spawn in the nether... now THAT would be a nightmare.

Ahhh.... Internet Forums... Longtime Jurisdiction of a large, faithful force of steely-eyed Grammar Police.
This is based on my diamond sword, with Knockback, flame etc:
Creepers: Easy to kill in 2-3 hits. Knockback helps
Skelebobs: Easy, just strafe them.
Zombies: Usually 1 hit kill if you jump/hit them
Spiders: Again, fairly easy with knockback
Slimes: Erm. . yeah. Nuff said
Zombie pigmen: Y'know, I've never actually faught them. Hmmm
Endermen: Difficult cause they teleport.
Wolves: Not too hard if you hit and block at the same time, while moving backwards.
Ghasts: Well. Where to start. Hard to hit, especially if you haven't got a bow with infinite. And, with the amount of them in the Nether atm, they are near impossible to defeat.
Overall: Ghasts are the most difficult. Creepers do the most damage, IF they sneak up on you. Endermen are the hardest to actually hit. . . .and pigs, sheep and cows have the most back up.
Yeah, Creeper takes it. They can be so annoying. Not only do they kill you but if you are near your house, kiss it goodbye. But Skeletons are close too since they have unlimited arrows and can shoot you from a range.
I voted creepers due to their sneaking and ability to destroy your stuff, but enderman is a close second; you accidentally look at him and you are dead, no escape.
no escape is right. I've hard one enderman kill my friend twice, and chase me from layer 20 or so, to the surface, to my house (which was pretty far, and just sit there...waiting. it is the only mob that can chase you down, no matter what, and can kill your friend twice, and attack you 3 separate times and chase you to your house good thing he didnt think to teleport inside..
plus theyll try to mess you up by, just as your killing them "oh you want my pearl? think again! mwahaha" *teleport, while dieing*
slimes are only tough because the biggest has the hitbox of the smallest
I'll say creepers just because I hate when they sneak up on you and explode. However, the thing that kills me most often: Accidentally going into 3rd person as something sneaks up on me. Then instead of running away you start running right at the thing.
Right now, ghasts. The issue with spawn rates in the nether makes it so that you are often facing 4 or 5 at a time. Even with Pots of Fire Resistance and Armor, the explosions bounce you around so much it's hard to get a good shot of at them.

I've made my peace with Creepers:
They sneak,
they explode.
If they kill me,
I reload.
With a large expanse of Netherrack underneath me, Ghasts are my beaches! 1 or 2 arrows right to the top of the tentacles.
Zombie Pigmen are tough in a group, but lately it's the Magma Cube. I'm having trouble timing my hits or arrow shots...A Magma Cube will do me quick!
