They say that in 0.8.0 update powered rails will always be powered. So either there will be a new exclusive track to stop minecarts or we wont be able to stop the minecarts. Unless theres a way I dont know about. If there isnt then they should fix that idea to leave the powered rails as is like in PC so you just put a redstone torch which should be able to get crafted at least. I also hope they put in repeators as well to help make up for the loss of redstone dust till 0.9.0 update. I also hope there will be levers and pistons and such...
To stop the minecarts we could put a block at the end of a minecart track.
Then with that problem, skins would inevitably be in-app purchases, right? Just like X-Box
Well, mcpe has mojang accounts, unlike xbox edition, and on the pc version you can download skins through your mojang account, so the devs will probably make it so that we can download skins through our mojang accounts/the skindex.
You guys are wondering how to stop it Lol, I'm worried how we will start the thing, since we don't ave buttons and powered rails are always on.
That would mean as soon as you put the minecraft on the track it would woosh off without you.
Or if you put the cart on a non-powered rail, it'll just stay there.
what if you could craft a seperate rail that isnt powered by just putting a always on powered rail in the crafting table? and then you could craft it back with another crafting recipe. 3 recipes in total.
Do you think they'd allow us to customize our GUI . Like have the health bar where the mcpc health bar is only if we want to? Because I think it'd be cool as a toggable
Nop, they just make it harder to build, you need craft more blocks smelt cobblestone to get stone... if you wanna have a smooth tunel you'll need to work harder, that's it.
We already have non powered rails. The problem is that either you will be stuck in a cart going nowhere, or you will place a cart down and see it fly past you.
The only solution I can see is including buttons.
Other than that they could allow you to walk along the rail line while in a minecart.
Yep, agree, buttons or levers, we already have a mod so it isn't so hard to implement.
For starters no PC worlds aren't infinite, just 8 times bigger than earth, but the rest of what you said in that post is wrong, the chunks aren't entirely random, they depend on the seed and if you didn't put in a seed it uses the system time to make one (the only way to code truly random worlds)
Previously when trying to make a rollercoaster, I didn't even know how to use buttons to start minecarts... So what I do is I push them along a non powered rail and when moving a bit, I ride into it.
And I was just thinking, if they would implement MASSIVE worlds in 0.9.0. Will they add sprinting?Oh and BTW, I was in my survival world a while ago and noticed that only wood slab recipes make 1 slab instead of 6. I tried the brick, stone, and others and they produce 6. While the wood only make 1.
they ruin underground compounds

Ah classic boosters

3 improvements to make better mobs:
-Kick back effect for skeleton arrows
-Faster zombies
-Pasive Pigmen, faster if they get hurt
