So I've done my research and couldn't find much information about this topic other than some WIP PC projects that were posted years ago and have been discontinued
Is it possible to mess with the mcpe world generator via a modscript ?
And if it does where do i start ?
any piece of information would be valuable if you could help pm me or come on my kik @Pixel_Gaming7
Unless you do a native mod, I'm not sure that you can do much aside from add on TOP of what is already generating. This is how the PC mods do it, they are mucking with the actual game engine. ModPE only access the game engine's functions - so you can manipulate the inputs and outputs...but you can't change the engine itself. If you want to change a bit of the output, for instance, add on a new structure, you can do that. If you want to determine if a chunk you are in is a slime chunk, you can do that as well. If you want to add in extreme hills, you might be able to do that yourself...but you can't really modify the actual engine itself. I also would not really suggest you try to muck with the engine using Native mods either. It just seems that if you are asking this question, you do not (yet) have the skills to do what you seem to be suggesting.
So, I'm not saying do NOT do it. I'm saying, learn to crawl before you learn to run. I'm very much FOR people doing whatever they want with the game and Minecraft is a really good platform for doing this!
