Colored Glowstone mod adds different colored glowstones. You have to take a simple glowstone and then add any color of dye with glowstone block in the crafting table to get colored glowstone. There is a colored glowstone for each color of dye. To craft a slab, you need a colored glowstone. You can use /getblocks to get the blocks or you can craft the blocks in the crafting table

You can't.. once blocklauncher is released for 0.15.0, this mod will work with it..
