Could You Please Tell Us What This Mod Does First?

If you are going to post a mod, (unless this is an edited texture pack) then please tell what it does, and include pictures so people will know what they are downloading if they want to download it. Also make sure that your download link works. I can tell it's not even a download link because it does not have "dl." in front of "dropbox.com" so please check that your links work.
