1. Will there be open lobbies? Like you can join an online game. Sort of like Java edition servers but not because of my next question.
2. Will there be voice chat? Like as if you had a built in Skype or Discord and everyone is chatting through mikes and speakers. It would probably be accomplished by using Xbox live. This would make it a lot easier to communicate while playing. Of course not all people will have a mike but they would still hear those that do.
3. What kind of minigames would we have? Like Hunger Games, Sky Wars, and also more casual minigames that don't involve killing people. I'd personally like to see a minigame that mimics Call of duty Zombies. Like AEM Zombies but... not being turned into a towny server.
4. How would you go about balancing out the difficulties between the people on Pocket, WIN10 and Console? For example most people on pocket will be using touch, which is much more difficult than Key/Mouse or Controller.
5. Will there be servers where cursing will be allowed? I always end up swearing at some point and so if I drop a bomb, will there be servers to allow that?

Just a random kid with a cool username (not the asme on mc) chatting about outdated minecraft content. In case you need them, my PC specs can be found in my novabench results below.
1: I think the closes thing to open lobbies would be the 4 existing servers that come with the Better Together Edition, and joining a friend like on normal console editions.
2: Probably not. Remember, Minecraft's community is mainly filled with little babies. If it did have voice chat, it would be filled with squeakers swearing, saying racial slurs, and calling each other gay.
3: All Better Together Edition Minigames will be in the 4 included servers.
4: I honestly don't think they can without ruining the game for console and PC players.
5: It really depends, but probably not, since the community is, again, mainly little babies.

Hope this helped.
