So I found a way to play lan with a phone and bluestacks what your going to have to do is find your phone's or other devise you want to connect to's local ip and hit the edit button in mcpe and enter the ip and give it a name now start a game on that phone and hit the sever on your other devise and you'll be able to play.
Now if you want to use your gamepad or keyboard to play minecraft on bluestacks or your phone want you'll need to download tincore keymapper a free app for android after that open minecraft (or any other game it works with them all) and just hold the key you want and a button will apear on the screen then you drag it into place and add ill the buttons you want and hit the apply button and save it and your good to play
Finally! This solution for multiplayer on Minecraft PE worked for me. Here are the details put another way.
Scenario: One player on a mobile device, e.g. an iPad. Another player on a PC computer. They want to play multiplayer on local network (LAN).
The PC player puts BlueStacks on his PC and installs Minecraft PE through BlueStacks.
The iPad player starts a game and ensures that the option for multiplayer is on.
The PC player starts Minecraft PE (through BlueStacks), clicks "Play", then "Edit", and then "External", which puts the player in the "Add External Server" screen. Enters the iPad player's local network IP address in the "Address" field and "iPad" (or whatever) in the "Server" field. Then click Add Server.
I have read plenty of other pages that say that a player who is in a game should just magically show up in blue in the other local network player's list of games. However, I never saw that myself.
FYI to others who read this like I did and get excited for a cost-effective solution for their kids: After a couple of days BS is popping up a screen that either you pay $2/month for a subscription or download featured apps. Since MCPE isn't working, and I've tried quite a bit of things to fix it, I have rather a rather negative opinion of them.

This works, and the other device's world does show up on my PC bluestacks.
However. My question is this - How does a world I host/create on my PC (via BS) appear on other devices in my household? i.e. the reverse of what you suggest
???
I ask because, we had been playing via my daughter's world on her tablet. And then her character started freezing up after a few weeks. So we had to ditch that world. Shame. But she was the host, so me and my other daughter lost our stuff too. This would be better if my powerful PC was the host of the world, and they joined up to that world.

i have been trying to do the same. i was wondering, if you do find a fix somewhere else if you could put a link here or something. i would appreciate it.
i wanted to use a pc as a dedicated mcpe sever, but i just can't connect to the game when it's running on bluestacks. thnx.
To the OP, I'd like you to meet '.' and his cousin ','. The full stop is really handy when finishing a sentence and the comma works a treat for breaking sentences up into manageable chunks 😁
