I can verify that MinecraftPE runs and is playable on glass. Screenshot from my glass --> https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-rasZckEsoVE/Upa5w4Be-rI/AAAAAAAAB1A/jUUBMOQmJ6c/w346-h195/20131127_202044_432_x.jpg . I used a bluetooth keyboard to test everything out, Its playable. in the picture I was running the linux pc version of Minecraft on my MX17. I assume it would be an easy mod to add glass sensor functionality to make it standalone on glass. I also used ADB to push the app to glass. So most native android apps can run on glass but they will not have the same interactive functionality without a touchscreen but you use a keyboard for more control of the app. Glass has a dualcore processor so you can make your own judgments on what games might run well on glass. And I have seen it run on the Galaxy gear smartwatch as well.
BlockLauncher Pro includes sensor controls, which uses the gyroscope and compass. I can make custom builds for you if you need them.
The Xperia Play mode of Minecraft PE should let you control MCPE via a bluetooth keyboard.
