This is in regards to the fact that lava sets everything on fire. This breaks maps, is inconvenient, and above all is not even in the PC version! Please fix this in the next update, as I'm SICK of suddenly being on fire for no reason.

People say they have this problem with the seed nyan, however, my world has never lit on fire on nyan.
When You updated to 3.0, you also added a feature to your game in which Mojang didnt want to tell you. It was the solar apocylase mod. Mojang installed it in the update, now all worlds 3.0 or later have the mod installed. But it was only coded so it works on worlds with lava. Have a good day.

Not only is this stupid, it's false. The Solar Apocalypse mod sets EVERYTHING on fire, not in a slowly-increasing circle from the lava.
funny how i invedited myself lava for fun and placed it in several places, it never sets anything on fire (yes i placed it on grass blocks as well) ive never had this problem not sure why other people have. however if i place a fire block than it sets things on fire but lava never does

I'm pretty sure only iOS is affected by this bug, and Android received bug updates, two I believe, so I guess it won't be corrected until the next version is released, which shouldn't be too long.

Yeah, I never experienced this problem on the Android version.
I have it on my iPad and my son on his iPod. It was a map I created and he joined/copied and continued to work on on his own. Using an inventory editor we added some placeable flowing lava. I had a beautiful little island coated in lava glowing nicely at night. No issues. Then, for whatever reason, I popped a block on top of a tree on my mainland. Pretty lava flowing down the sides. It flowed down the short hill to the shore. I left to go work on my arena. The next day I was playing and wanted to go check out the lava tree. Utter decimation had consumed nearly half of the map. As I watched (and ran) it consumed my arena and everything else. Coincidentally, my son made a nice lava fall at about the same time. As of last night his entire map was a cored out crumbling hulk of stone mesh.
Here's MY horror story; I downloaded an epic arena with decorative lava. Guess what happened. After the smoke cleared(the arena hovers over water) I quit the map and deleted it. Currently working on my own arena.
Also, this causes MASSIVE lag; I usually get rid of the afflicted map to avoid crashing the iPad and angering my dad(it's his iPad).
