I've been playing around on minecraft vita bug searching and so far all I see is that you cannot save your game. It says it saves but once the world loads up you see that it didn't.
Hi, I'm having a similar problem. I transferred my PS3 save to my PS Vita, but it doesn't save properly. It will save everything I change in the world, including regular chests' inventories and things that I build or destroy, but my character's inventory, equipment, level and the ender chest inventory resets to what it had before I transferred. It's a weird bug and definitely needs to be sorted out. I've almost lost a couple of items due to not remembering to put them into a safe chest before saving the game. Thankfully I have a backup PS+ save.
Anything new on this bug or how to fix it? Its happened to two of my files now. If I save on the PS3 and move to my Vita it happens and moving back to PS3 it still is an issue. Any work arounds?
So dying seems to have fixed the issue. I had 28 levels and since I knew I'd loose them I enchanted my diamond pickax (efficiency 3, fortune 2, unbreaking 3 seems ok), put all my gear away, and jumped in the ocean. After the bed is missing error (nope it was right where I left it) I can save as normal.
Found the "trick", if you logged onto PSN you'll have the inventory, character, etc. from your transfer. If your "offline" it all works as it should. If you set it up right you can dupe with this bug.
