My first time playing minecraft, I thought it was so lame.
But then I played for a while and got better and liked it. I then had no clue how to craft because I was used to the XBox crafting xD. I took 30 minutes figuring out how to craft a workbench XDXDXDXDXDXDXD
I remember my first house. It was a really cruddy house made out of wood and dirt, and it was only 4x6. I thought it was alright and decided that it would have to do. I got up in the morning an walked outside to gather SME materials. There was a creeper hiding beside my door, who wouldve killed me if I hadn't been wearing leather armour. As soon as I repaired my house a creeper blew it up. Again. S after hat I said stuff, I closed that world and made a new game.

Be caring, please help my dragon hatch by giving him a little click.
When I first started, I ran around a mountain trying to one click trees, then after I realized I had to hold down my mouse button I dug a hole into a mountain and tunneled straight into a cave with like 5 skeletons and 2 creepers I died.
I first played minecraft in Creative mode. I decided to build a castle, but my world was full of snowy montains, so I started cleaning the terrain by destroying the base of a montain, and some minutes after I saw it was getting dark... "Wtf?" I thought. Then I saw a creeper, and almost had a heart attack. I paused the game and started looking for my brother to know wtf was that green thing.
My first day in Survival mode was okay, I wasn't so much newbie.
First time I played, in my first world I gathered wood, night came, dug a hole, found iron. Thought I was so Boss. Died the next day 50 blocks from spawn.
The first time I played minecraft, my friends (although those who didn't like MC XD) said 'no, minecraft is a very low-graphics stupid unrealistic game!' But I started playing it
But I was very nooby, some facts XD:
1) I punched a tree by always clicking on it :S
2) I didn't know how to jump.
3) I ran away from a pig, I thaught it was a monster XD
4) The first time I died, was by drowning XD after playing 2 minutes in the demo.
5) I never survived till the night, so when a friend said 'ah yes it became night and blablabla', I said: 'Is there also night? It becomes more realistic every minute! Trees, dirt, stone, night and day...'
So my first week wasn't a real success...
But now I'm a very experienced user on a server
(But everyday I learn )
I remember getting Minecraft and thinking it was really dumb. Then my friend came over and showed me stuff. So I mined and POOF mined into lava! I died and deleted the world out of anger......
Build a simple dirt shack.
As time passed, it became a bigger shack.
Make my first deep mine.
Thought I had to go deeper, so dug down a couple more layers, and then lava happened.
Had a backyard with a hole in it.
I would always throw my first TNT's down it, thinking of how awesome it is!
Placed a redstone torch. Didnt know what it was anyway...
Yep, Lots of fun memories!

"Hmm... no diamonds here. Maybe I should look underground?"
Building a dirt house, then converting it into a wood house, then into a stone house.
Also, my name ontop of my glass-encased multi-purpose farm.
And who could forget the 1-block deep oceans.
Finally, my frustration with the first few minutes of the game of not knowing how to craft a Crafting Table.
PS: I initally thought, for whatever reason, I could live my first night by standing on the foundations of my dirt house, but then a skeleton shot me off. Disappointing, really.
I remember that I had watched kage848's minecraft stuff, finally bought game back in 1.7.3, and my world turned out better than my current one...... Good times, good times.
My first minecraft night was terrifying! I spawned in forest biome next to a rather large beach. I thought the sand looked rather nice, so I gathered some. I also mined a little dirt. I didn't bother with the trees. XD When night began to fall, I knew enough to seek shelter. I dug a hole in the sand and tried to tunnel to the right, but of course the sand kept falling.
Then a spider found me and began to attempt to get into my tiny fail of a shelter. I was terrified, but the spider couldn't get in because the opening of my shelter was one block wide. Eventully, I figured out that I could kill the spider by punching it.
Later, I built myself a house out of wood and dirt. The inside layer was wood and the outside was 3 layers of dirt. I knew nothing about cobblestone! I also managed to find some sheep and figured out how to craft a crafting bench and a bed. I slept my first night. I later learned about the wonders of coal and how when combined with sticks, they made torches. I had 6 torches and treasured them dearly.
After a while, I decided to explore the world. I got horribly lost and ended up in a mountian biome. I built a small castle there, which was pretty epic compared to my dirt hut. After finishing the main part of the castle, I reached the point where I stopped being a noob.
You wouldn't believe this, but after a couple of days of exploring, I found my first dirt hut. I marveled at how nooby it was but also felt nostalgic. I tore the house down for the wood inside of it and the torches.
THE END
When I was a noob back in alpha 1.22_01, I did not know you could sneak, and took a bit of falling damage while trying to build my first house. It was made out of cobblestone, with grass for floors. I also did not know animals would spawn on grass, even if it was inside your house.
Before I had built the house, I had a base hollowed out of a hill where I had first found coal. I left the door open in the morning and came back to find a skeleton was inside.
I also got lost a lot exploring outside in those days.

Used to built my house in a cave, just liting up the area. Houses where stupid cause monsters were able to wake you through the wall...
