"Looks cool but I don't like bugging someone for their credit card... I'll just pirate it later."
Three weeks later--No pirating--torturing self with youtube videos.
"OMGWTFBBQ I NEED DIS GAEM NAOW OMFG~"
When someone told me about minecraft back while it was in infdev, I was like, "Isn't that supposed to be some kind of crappy Wurm Online-ish game?"
Then I youtubed it, first vdeo I watched was a guy making a small dirt hut on the beach. Then I watched a bunch of Indev LPs and Infdev, and I was hooked by how epic it was, but classic had soo much less. I wanted the dynamic lighting, I wanted all the cool stuff, so I thus bought MC.
I played it pirated for a bit, I didn't know how to play ****, but I watched X's videos. I was still a noob. Then after that I found the wiki. My creations looked a bit better. Then texture packs, etc.
After about 1 month, I finally got a friend to buy it for me.
My cousin told me about it when I went to his house.
I always liked games where the concept was brilliant, graphics were plain and glitches weren't fixed.
Sounds nice.
By this time he already gave a quick intro on the basics.
So how does that cannon work?
He was the type who was easily scared by scary ge scenes, like this one time he walked out of his house on peaceful and saw something brown jumping up and down behind a small pillar.

Computers scare me.
An hour later, let me go look on Youtube to see what that game is all about.
Another hour and I had the game.
Then I read Notch's "place blocks and run away from Skeletons" description.
Then I watched SeaNanners' first video.
Then I said, "This is, the most EPIC ****."
Of Wolf and Man!
