Hehe...
I have actually had several dreams where I am in a Minecraft world. Usually ends when my teacher turns into an elephant.
When:
You think you can make anything by lying them down on a bench is similar-ish patterns
You start screaming at circles for not being squares
You begin to worry incase a nearby village is going to have a zombie invasion
-When you try to stuff stacks and stacks of items in your backpack.
-When you try to use bones on your plants to make them insta-grow.
-When you bring a bucket to the hold breath underwater competition in an attempt to exploit infinite air.
-When you punch roses to collect them and end up w/ bloody knuckles.
When you pause to go downstairs and grab a bite from the kitchen and really feel that this staircase needs a torch right here. Oh, yeah, we have lightswitches for that here. Where is that again?
You try to look around while watching a YouTube suggestion.
My desktop background is (sometimes) a big cliffy landscape with a overhang, and when I quit a long session of minecraft and see that I think it's a good place for a home base and try to look right to see what else is there. It's a very Extreme Hills looking place, but pulling my mouse to the right doesn't work. Then I sometimes have turned my head, and that doesn't work either.
-When you confuse tekkit with real-life
-When you make a mine under your house
-When you make a shack in the middle of a public park at night
-When you wonder what FPS you're getting (I've done it a few times)
-When you get angry at yourself for thinking that you turned the render distance down on a foggy day
-When you keep looking out of your windows at night
-When you make nomming noises when eating food

To all of you people who think Notch is still working on the game, he stopped working on Minecraft in late 2011. Get your facts straight and stop spamming his twitter about Minecraft updates.
You know you are addicted to minecraft when you devote your weekend to finishing a school project and on monday you realize all you did was build a castle and watch minecraft youtube videos...
when your into a dark room and reach into your pocket for a torch
when you go to bed thinking "i hope no mobs spawn in here..."
when you wake up, see the purple feathers on your dream catcher, and jerk your head away so you don't anger an enderman.
when you see a dirt pile in a construction site and wonder why it isnt square
Hey, you see that green button? Feel free to be awesome and press it
both with the circles was hilarious

Trust me, I do it all the time, but never get around to finishing it.
