It looks pretty good so far. Every hobbit type house I've tried to make ends up in disaster. Hopefully you do better than I could ever do. I think it would look better with a sort of piston door.

Hobbit holes are a great form of house-- minimal environmental impact, maximum protection, and fairly little effort involved in carving them out.
Your sandstone does look much more dwarven though, in the same Tolkien vein. It implies more "mastery" of the earth than harmony with it. Like Slamdrag said, I would add less carved stone stuff, more wood, wool, flowers (*just noticed you've got some, but more can't hurt), and nice curves to get that homey look.
We're you should round out the edge of the hill with dirt, and reconstruct the doorway with two sticky pistons and a button. It looks awkward if the hillside isn't round.
thank you guys SO much for the awesome replies! I will start building it soon. been busy with homework! I will try to do what you guys said (might be a bit hard)
um, I dont know. Tried doing everything you guys said, turned out HORRIBLY. (not because of you guys) but my building skills lol, tell me how to fix it?
It's a good start, I feel you have the general dimensions built well.
However perhaps you could spruce it up a bit, maybe add some logs under the windows to act as windowsills. A few tree's would also set it into the landscape, and some shrubbery with a footpath leading to the house.
will try to post more if I have the time too.!
All I have is the outside. I will show you what I want it too look like inside,
