You could set up a enderman farm before you start this challenge, or give yourself a infinite stack of ender pearls with a mod before starting...
To expand on his idea, you could add a hardcore enderman challenge: no walking, only enderpearl teleporting" You would have to give yourself an infinite stack of enderpearls. This could be for people who always post topics like "Making Minecraft Harder" or
"MC is too easy!"

Why don't you set a certain amount of time to GATHER Ender Pearls? To keep the challenge vanilla? I hate spawning items in single player because... it feels wrong... Other than that, the challenge is amazing! Meow.

You would never get enough in any reasonable period of time to do those challenges. Possibly if you don't get 1 by the first 3 days you fail. If you get 1, you spawn an infinite stack.

To get enough pearls to start from the beginning and kill the enderdragon, you would need so many days that the challenge just becomes pearl farming. It still has to be fun.
