This signature has absolutely no point at all. And then it has a point to inform you that it has no point, but it has no point because it really doesn't have a point, but it has a point because it tells you it has no point... and ah, screw this.
Lets see...My uncle showed it to me (when he was on his server blowing up an entire mountain) in about Alpha 1.1_01.
I didn't play it between that time and Beta 1.4.1 because I didn't think it was worth my time (I WAS WRONG!). Anyway in Beta 1.4.1 My uncle once again let me play it at my house.
Then I had to get some money to pay for it and by the time I could afford it,I bought it in Beta 1.6.6.
Gosh darn it, I wished i knew about minecraft when it was first released! Gah, well I played since... 5 February, 2011
Also guys, if you really want to have an accurate date of when you started minecraft, here's the steps.
1. Go to mojang.com
2. Create an account
3. Read info about mojang games you played and it should show when you started playing
I'm not sure when I started, but I remember when they added the nether to the game.
I just looked it up and it was before alpha 1.2, I didn't know I purchased it so early in the development of Minecraft. I know when I bought it Notch said everyone who bought it at that time would get everything for free in the future, but that was kinda pointless since every update has been free since then. Of course it cost like $15 bucks when I got it so I really shouldn't complain, haha.
Tell us the time you got it!
I got minecraft at... 28 August, 2010.
